Participants will preview the award winning on line mathematics and science series NASA CONNECT and will participate in one of the hand on activities from the episode.: Graphing and Measurement ...3…2…1…Crash!, Participants will construct a "rocket racer" and test it in the classroom to discover how mathematics and science can be used in the real world to improve aircraft safety. Participants will also review other NASA sponsored Mathematics related websites to help their students learn math basics using award winning on-line programs.
