Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Limited Capacity seats available

SPOTLIGHT-6th Session-Does your district or school believe that cell phones are "evil" and have no place in education? Do you have troubles easily keeping in touch with your students and their parents? Want to learn about some great FREE tools available to you online that will help you enter the 21st century of collaborative communication? Then this is the session for you. Today we'll look at some very effective ways to utilize the technology that your students are providing to you for no cost and are dying to use in class - their mobile phones - for text alerts & messages to your students and their parents, as a research tool, and for a way to poll your class to instantly check for understanding and feedback. This is a hands-on session, so be sure to bring your phones!
